A complete redevelopment of this prestigious property in one of the most sought after streets in London. The work included expanding the existing building with subterranean works under the front and rear gardens, a basement and mansard extensions.
Once the structural aspects had been completed we then embarked on a complete refurbishment involving both a comprehensive M & E package and extensive bespoke joinery. The specifics included: air conditioning, comfort cooling, humidity control, under-floor heating, a sauna, gym, car stacker and bespoke kitchen and bathrooms. The project more than doubled the amount of usable space within the property.
